30-Day Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your Calm Lick Mat, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return: - The product must be unused and in original condition - You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt) - Return shipping is the customer's responsibility Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
